Senior Care Team
The senior care team has many years of experience in care and all have qualifications in Health and Social Care. There is always a senior on shift who can answer your questions. Our senior team are dedicated and work hard to create care plans to identify the needs of each service user.

We have an amazing team of care assistants, who work together to meet the needs of all service users, day and night. Each member of staff has completed training, relevant to the needs of the service users, and the majority have (or are working towards) recognised Health and Social Care qualifications. Each individual has a different level of experience and all share their knowledge with one another.

The administrator focuses on quality monitoring, quarterly audits and providing assistance to the provider and finance director, ensuring the home is compliant with laws and regulations. The administrator also assists the manager and deputy manager with the day to day activities.
We have an amazing kitchen team, who provide fresh home-cooked meals (breakfast, lunch, tea, supper etc.) which are nutritious, and in line with service users preferences. This is reflected in our 5-star rating, awarded by an Environmental Health Officer.

Our team of housekeepers work together to ensure the home is spic and span. This include, day and night cleaners and laundry They ensure the home is smelling fresh, and a welcoming place for all. The staff have the necessary training to ensure the safe use of products.

Our “jack-of-all-trades” maintenance man has worked at Penny Pot since 2009, making sure the building is safe, secure and maintained and is on hand to help settle new service users in, creating a homely atmosphere in the bedrooms and other areas of the home.
We have a one of a kind, wacky and wonderful, lady who can think outside the box when delivering personalised activities for each individual, and group activities.
